In light cursive, 5 of the 8 letters of I Love You come from Letterlike Symbols rather than the maths alphabet: ℐ (U+2110 SCRIPT CAPITAL I), ℒ (U+2112 SCRIPT CAPITAL L, also listed as “Laplace transform”), ℴ (U+2134 SCRIPT SMALL O, also listed as “order, of inferior order to”, used twice) and ℯ (U+212F SCRIPT SMALL E, also listed as “error” and “natural exponent”).

Bold cursive avoids all of those: its 52 letters sit in one range, U+1D4D0 to U+1D503, so 𝓘 𝓛𝓸𝓿𝓮 𝓨𝓸𝓾 is drawn from a single source.

ℑ, U+2111 BLACK-LETTER CAPITAL I, which Unicode also lists as “imaginary part”, looks like the ℐ in ℐ ℒℴ𝓋ℯ 𝒴ℴ𝓊 but is a different character; text typed with it will not match a search for I Love You.
